The Information We Collect

We also collect information about each user's transactions. For example, we may collect, among other things, information such as the items purchased, transaction size/volume, date of transaction, refunds and other information. We request and store information about the items listed on the Service such as price, type of item, restrictions and other information. We also may collect users' comments about our site. We may maintain information regarding account balance and history. We may collect and/or track information relating to customer disputes, fraud or suspected fraud. We may also collect other information regarding a user's conduct and behavior.

We may save information sent or posted to the Service. For example, we may save messages posted in our chat rooms or other message areas or feedback left for customer service. We may collect correspondence, such as emails or letters, sent to us.

Financial Information:

As an e-commerce site, Get-Black.com requires individual, financial information such as a credit card numbers, other credit information, and other information from users. Get-Black.com may also request and collect other business and financial information from users from time to time.

Polls, Ads, Surveys and Questionnaires:

We collect user responses to online polls, ads, surveys, electronic newsletters and questionnaires.

Deletion of Information and Records

While Get-Black.com may track and store information, Get-Black.com shall not be obligated to do so and may delete any information and records, in whole or in part, at any time.

The Way Get-Black.com Uses Information Collected

One way that we use information we collect is to facilitate transactions and communication between us and users on the site. Information we collect is used to execute transactions. Users may see listings, feedback rating and associated comments of other users.

Get-Black.com may use the information we collect to improve our marketing and promotional efforts, to statistically analyze usage of the Service, to improve our content and product offerings and to customize the Service's content and layout.

We may also use information we collect in order to deliver information to users. We may use your information to deliver information to you that, in some cases, are targeted to your interests, such as targeted banners, new services and promotions. You can remove yourself from receiving direct email and direct mail by changing the appropriate option on the registration page and account page if such registration or account pages are used. We may use email addresses, mailing addresses or phone numbers, to contact users regarding administrative notices, customer service, billing, collections and the like.

We may use information we maintain about users, and other information we obtain from current and past activities of users on the Service, for fraud detection, credit risk management, dispute resolution, troubleshooting problems and enforcing our User Agreement and other terms and conditions of the Service.

Get-Black.com may disclose non-personally identifiable information in the aggregate to advertisers or other third parties for marketing and promotional or other purposes.

We may share user information with our partners and affiliate programs. We work with such parties to, among other things, maintain certain levels of inventory or to offer services such as additional shopping options for you, our customer, shipping, and the like. Such third parties may use the information shared with them to provide these services and for marketing, advertising or other purposes, subject to their respective privacy policies.

Children

We do not knowingly solicit any personal information about minors.

Security

At this time, (December 2005) Get-Black.com uses no security measures to safeguard the confidentiality of personally identifiable information, such as firewalls and Secure Socket Layers ("SSL"). However, "perfect security" does not exist on the Internet. We may be currently collecting only users names, address, city, state, zip code, country, general interests, email address, phone numbers, household member information, among other, non financial information. At this time this information is only used by us to maintain a customer data base.

Updating and Correcting Information

After registration, a user will be able to review and correct or update the following Customer Information:

Option to be removed from periodically receiving notification of new services and offers from Get-Black.com. Option to be removed from Get-Black.com making registration information available to its Partners who may contact you regarding their products and services. You may opt out by email or by mailing a letter to us by postal service.

Our policy only addresses the use and disclosure of information we collect. Get-Black.com does not control and is not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites or third parties.

Get-Black.com cooperates with law enforcement, other governmental agencies and third parties to enforce laws, intellectual property and other rights. We may disclose information if we are required to do so by law, believe that such disclosure is necessary to protect us from legal liability or believe we need to do so to protect someone's safety.

This Privacy Policy is subject to the terms of the applicable Get-Black.com User Agreement. Get-Black.com may change or modify this Privacy Policy by posting the changes or modifications to the Service and such changes or modifications will apply to data gathered in the future as well as data already gathered.
